If a property does not meet safety requirements, we will communicate that clearly and respectfully and discuss alternative options when possible.

This is a free service offered to our community. There are no fees or hidden expectations.
We simply ask for patience and understanding when it comes to scheduling. This work is done alongside full-time jobs and family commitments, and timing will be coordinated as availability allows.
